Here comes new couple in Automobile Family of India, with the wedding of TATA Motors and FIAT. I feel they are busy in honeymoon, and have no time for anybody to intrude into the privacy.
I wanted to have a look of new baby (PUNTO) of the new couple. I tried as many as 9-10 dealers of TATA Motors, most of them never picked up my phone, few picked and put me on hold, few took my number and never turned up till date. Looks like TATA don't want to be much involved with his in-laws (FIAT customers). So a bit sceptic if TATA serves well to in-laws or not. Should FIAT customer expect good after sells service from TATA? This was my very first experience with TATA motors, so might be that TATA is that way only for all of its customers. I haven't taken ride of PUNTO till now, will add to it further ones taken a ride of it.
